High-mountain horseback route
On the "Discovering the Highest Pyrenees" equestrian route, you will ride along ancient bridle paths, crossing mixed forests, alpine meadows and glacial landscapes that have shaped this mountainous region over millennia. The journey takes place within the Posets-Maladeta Natural Park, home to the majestic Aneto, the highest peak in the Pyrenees at 3,404 meters.

Throughout the journey, you may encounter protected species such as the bearded vulture, the brown bear, or the elusive capercaillie, all of which inhabit this protected ecosystem that we will respect throughout our rides.

Among the cultural highlights, we will visit the Virgen de la Gracia, a 12th-century chapel, as well as the charming villages of El Solano, Liri and Ramastué, steeped in history and tradition. Each ride offers a chance to immerse yourself in the cultural roots of Benasque Valley, where rural life and traditions remain alive.
