For what purpose do we process your personal data?

At ANIMA EQUI, we process the personal data provided by the user for the following purposes:

• To respond to inquiries sent through contact forms.
• To manage registrations and participation in events or activities.
• To manage the purchase of products or services.
• To send commercial communications, if consent has been given.

What is the legal basis that legitimizes the processing of your data?

The legal basis for processing is:

• The performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

What data do we process?

The categories of data processed are:

• Identification data: name and surname.
• Contact data: email address.
• In case of contracting services: address, billing details.
  No especially sensitive data is processed.

Where do we obtain your data from?

Personal data is obtained directly from the data subject, through forms on the website or emails sent by the user.

How long will we keep your data?

• Data collected through the contact form will be kept only as long as your request is being managed.
• Data for commercial purposes will be kept until deletion is requested.
• Billing data will be kept for the period legally established by tax regulations (at least 6 years).

To whom will your data be communicated?

Data will not be disclosed to third parties, except under legal obligation or contractual necessity.
We use third-party services located in the European Union:

• Mautic, a marketing platform managed by ANIMA EQUI and hosted on Google servers (EU).
• Webempresa Europa S.L., hosting provider based in Madrid.
  Both providers offer adequate guarantees under Article 28 GDPR.

What are your rights?

You may exercise at any time your rights recognized in the GDPR:

• Right of access.
• Right to rectification.
• Right to erasure.
• Right to object.
• Right to restriction of processing.
• Right to data portability.

  You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors

The submission of personal data by minors under 14 years of age is not allowed without the authorization of their parents or legal guardians.
ANIMA EQUI is not responsible for data sent by minors of this age without prior consent.

Data Security

ANIMA EQUI adopts the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of security according to the risk, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR, and to protect the data against alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access.

Commercial Communications

If consent has been given, ANIMA EQUI may send you information about events, products, and services.
You may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in the emails or by writing to contacto@animaequi.com with the subject “UNSUBSCRIBE”.

What information we do collect in the App?

We do not collect any type of personal or confidential information from your device.

Sensitive information. We do not process sensitive information.

Application data. If you use our application, we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:

• Geolocation Information. We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application, to provide certain location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
• Push Notifications. We may request permission to send you push notifications about certain app features. If you wish to stop receiving these types of communications, you can disable them in your device's settings.

These permissions are mainly necessary to maintain the operation of the application and to provide you with an accurate experience only during the completion of a horseback riding route.

Why do we request certain permissions?

When you grant access to the permissions requested for the use of the application, you allow us to use them for the purposes listed below. We do not record or send data for any other purpose.

• To save information to your mobile device’s storage. In order to be able to view the collected pieces of content even when there is no network connection.
• To be able to determine the physical location within the horseback rides. In order to send notifications for each different POIs (Point of Interest) that are discovered during the horseback riding routes.

If you do not wish to provide access to the functionalities necessary to fulfill the intended purpose, we may not be able to properly provide our services, especially regarding:

• Offering you the information that will be discovered during the horseback riding routes.
• Notifying you upon entering an area where a POI is located.
