Conditions for booking horseback riding tour
The reservation will be made when the transfer bank or Bizum of 25% of the total route is done.
Physical conditions and level of horsemanship
Horsemanship requires minimum physical conditions to practice it. To be able to take a horseback riding route of a day or more with us, it is essential to have an intermediate-high level of horsemanship and good physical condition fitness. The environment in which we move is demanding, especially on the routes through the Pyrenees.
Maximum weight
The maximum weight for a horseman or horsewoman is 95 Kg.
Clothing and footwear
To ride, if you do not have riding equipment, we will ask you to bring comfortable clothing and mountain shoes. Always long sleeves and long trousers, if possible, not too baggy. If you do not have your own approved riding helmet, Anima Equi has helmets to lend. You must bring a full body raincoat and trousers on routes of one day or more.
Punctuality
We ask for punctuality out of respect for the rest of the group. Failure to arrive on time at the beginning of an activity means the loss of the reservation without the right to a refund.
There are activities that require a minimum number of participants to be carried out. If all groups do not meet this minimum number, we could cancel the activity, offering in exchange a refund of the amount or a reservation on a different day.
Anima Equi is not responsible for weather conditions. Anima Equi reserves the right to cancel the activity in case of danger to the participants. In case of cancellation, Anima Equi will not refund the amount but will propose alternative cultural activities but will not include the cost of possible means in restaurants.
To carry out the routes it is essential to accept the general conditions.
Reservation cancellation
The reservation payment is returned if the cancellation is made within one month of the start of the route. If the cancellation is prior to one month, the reservation will be lost without the right to a refund. We coordinate with hotels that need prior time to reorganize cancellations. For stays that do not require hotels or subsistence allowances, the cancellation will be refunded if the cancellation is made within 15 days.
The guides responsible for the activity may decide to cancel the activity in progress or prevent the participation of any of the attendees, if they consider that they do not meet the physical, attitude or aptitude requirements for safe participation, without the amounts advanced as a reservation being able to be refunded.
